oh how our hearts were inspired by our time spent in Maui almost 20 years ago. We had been working on this mix since the spring with Maui on our minds and now – this mix has a whole new meaning to us and Maui even more on our minds. Flavours of coconut, pineapple and rum (aka Pina colada) and toasted coconut flakes truly bring a taste of the tropics to the table!
Contains approximately 2 cups of mix – one time use. 
Makes 16-18 4″ pancakes | waffles. 
You will need: Buttermilk {or preferred milk replacement}, eggs {or egg replacers}, and melted butter {or choice oil alternative}
