Pick Up

Customers who have chosen to pickup locally in Cochrane will receive a confirmation email upon completion of purchase which includes pickup location and details. Please note that the pickup location is a home based address and not a retail shop.

Shipping

Most purchases are shipped within 5 – 7  business days from date of order. Exceptions are large volume orders that may require longer production times (most products are hand made to order!). We ship nationwide by courier and Canada Post. Currently we do not ship to the USA or Internationally for any online purchases. Please note that many businesses have been effected by Covid in various ways and longer delays in production and shipping may occur. Once your order goes to labelling for shipping, you will be sent a tracking number via email.

Returns

If the product is not what you expected, we will gladly accept unused, unopened boxes / bags of Lannie Rae Gourmet Pancake & Waffle Mix, as well as any other unopened, unused purchased items from our online shop, and provide a full refund if contacted within 3 days of receiving your order at admin@lannierae.com. Once the issue is resolved via email exchange, an address will be provided for returns. Shipping charges for all returns are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund for the purchased items will be issued within 5 business days of Lannie Rae Gourmet receiving your returned items(s). We will not process refunds for any items returned that are used or opened.

We are not responsible nor liable for what occurs during the shipment process AFTER the product has left our kitchen. We assure you and guarantee that all items are cared for a packed to the best of our abilities. All packages sent by courier and Canada Post are shipped with insurance. If an item is damaged or broken in transit, please send CLEAR images and a brief explanation to info@lannierae.com within 3 business days and we will work with you to submit a claim with the shipping company and work to replace or refund the damaged items. For a refund or a replacement to occur, it is imperative that we work together to submit a claim. We are a small business and are not in a position to refund or replace without following this procedure and holding the shipping companies accountable.

Recalls

We regularly keep traceability records of all our ingredients and shipments. In the case of any ingredient recalls, we will contact effected customers immediately. We will also post any important information on our website and social media.

Fundraising – Flapjacks for Funds

If you are visiting and purchasing from this site as part of a fundraising effort, please be sure you read and understand all the terms and directions of the fundraiser sent to you via your team leader. The Lannie Rae Gourmet website cannot be held liable for policies maintained by the non profit companies registered for fundraising. All Terms & Conditions as outlined on lannieraegourmet.com are applicable to purchases made for all fundraising efforts.
